Dear Guest: Thank you for choosing Sandcastle Resort on the Beach for your lodging needs!

Please make note of the hotel policies:

This property is a privately owned hotel. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Management will not be responsible for any item left in the room. Please note live bands may perform at the restaurant on the ground level of the hotel till 11pm on weekends. The restaurant is independently owned.

Check in age is 21 years of age or older.

Please note the hotel charges a resort fee of $15.00 + tax per night.

Early Check out: 24 hour notice is required for early check out for a standard reservation. Not valid for non refundable reservations.

Parking: Max clearance height for a vehicle to enter the parking garage is 6' 2" max. No oversize vehicles above 6' 2" parking is available in the parking garage. Please let the hotel know if you will be arriving in an oversize vehicle. All vehicles must display the parking pass provided to the registered guest vehicle, otherwise the vehicle will be towed.

Housekeeping: Room service will be every day if requested, as needed. Guest are welcome to get linens, towels, etc, by calling or visiting the front desk.

Credit Card: Please note that the credit card used to reserve the room must match the credit card provided upon check in for verification purposes. If the card does not match, a new form of payment will be required and the original amount charged will be reimbursed on the card that was used at the time of booking. The full balance for the stay will be required at check in.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations that need to be changed or modified must be made by 4pm, 48 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of the first night's deposit. Not valid for non-refundable reservations made through third parties.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Only service pets are allowed with prior notification to the hotel.

Smoking: Strictly no smoking allowed in the building, hotel rooms or on the balconies. A smoking fee of $250.00 will be charged for violating the hotel policy.

I AGREE that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable to pay for any part or full amount of these charges including any missed/damaged items, etc. I agree that if an attorney is retained to collect these charges, I will pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred. If payment is by credit card, Sandcastle Resort is authorized to charge my account for all charges incurred, including any and all damages/missing items, etc. I agree that the sole purpose of renting this room is for my own residency only.
